We offer 3 different concepts under one roof. Chef Rob’s Gourmet Café is our signature restaurant where we present a new menu each day based on the availability of market fresh produce. Secondly ther is ‘love on the rocks’ In this unique concept we assist you cooking your own meal, table side on a 70 degree lave stone. Our latest addition is the ‘Chef Table’. This is where you sit down and enjoy a 7-course surprise dinner prepared in front of you by Chef Rob. Many guests have described this experience as a live cooking show. To give you authentic flavours of the Caribbean, Chef Rob Pronk,, uses local ingredients often sourced from within a 30 mile range of the restaurant

Hopkins Village sits on the shores of the Caribbean Sea situated about halfway along the east coast of Belize.

The origins of Hopkins as a fishing village are still evident in the pace of life here. It’s one of the few places where not being sure of the time or date can be seen as a positive state of affairs.

While Hopkins is a cultural stronghold of the Garinagu people of Belize, it also reflects the diverse ethnicity of the whole country. It’s also home to other nationals from around the world who came to visit, fell in love with the place, and stayed!

Had our first dinner in Belize at Chef Rob’s and we’re still talking about it after we’re back home. A short walk/quick drive south of Hamanasi (if you aren’t on a meal plan). Mike was attentive and made us feel welcome. Had the pasta with shrimp in saffron cream sauce and the pan fried sailfish fillet with potatoes and veggies. Both were delicious! Beautiful location right on the beach. Fun to walk out onto the sand after a romantic dinner.
